Sweeny Refinery Security Facility, Road and Site Work

The project included required sitework inclusive of clearing, grading, cut and fill of the building pad for the new security gate house building and parking lot. The security gate house building consisted of a single story precast concrete building with metal roof. The project included the security equipment for the new gate entrance as well as a new access road to the site. The road work consisted of demo and replacement of existing eight foot thick asphalt and curbs and install of new concrete curbs and gutters. The road work consisted of approximatly 10,100 square feet of road surface. A second project consisted of the demo and replacement of another 11,300 square feet of road surface near the laboratory facility onsite.

Alliance Refinery HSE Building 200 Renovations

The HSE Building 200 contained substantial flood damage and the building interior required complete interior demolition. The renovation project included the build back of office spaces, restrooms, break areas and meeting space. The interior renovation included metal studs, moisture resistant green board sheet rock walls, premium VCT flooring with rubber base and new millwork inclusive of custom kitchen cabinets and solid surface countertops. The millwork package included new cabinets in mens and womens restrooms. A new accoustical ceiling grid and ceiling tiles were installed throughout the office space.
