Dec 18, 2013

HOUSTON, TX (December 18, 2013) – MAPP Construction is pleased to announce the relocation of its Houston office to 11511 Katy Freeway, Suite 145. Spurred by its growing market presence in the Houston area, a new location was chosen that will allow MAPP to continue increasing its human capital and provide the space necessary for future expansion.

Located in the Energy Corridor, this new space will position MAPP to better serve the local client base. Vice President, Graham Merriman, feels this new location offers a multitude of benefits for both employees and clients. “Being located in the Energy Corridor allows MAPP to be more accessible to our Houston clients, subcontractors and other valued partners. Our new location will also assist in MAPP’s ability to recruit the best construction talent in the Houston market and beyond. MAPP-Houston’s immense growth in the last two years dictated this move and expansion and we are eager to capitalize on these market gains as MAPP continues to be a top-tier General Contractor in the Houston marketplace. ”

MAPP has been making its presence known in the Houston region for many years building projects for such repeat clients as CyrusOne, Marathon Oil, Ernst & Young, Caddis Partners, Stream Realty, and CB Richard Ellis to name a few. With this new office location MAPP hopes to become a strategic partner for more businesses in the Houston marketplace.
