High standards come standard with MAPP.

Every day, contractors are judged by the physical structures we build and the way we do business. That’s why the MAPP team is so intensely focused on the quality of both our work and relationships.

To ensure consistently high performance on every project, we developed and implemented a company-wide Quality Control Program, with expectations and procedures outlined in our Quality Control Manual. The purpose of our program is to determine and deliver an approach to quality specific to each project we undertake. This is accomplished by:

  • Providing the necessary guidelines to meet or exceed the contract requirements;
  • Acknowledging the applicable codes and knowing the industry standards;
  • Recognizing the cost and schedule demands; and
  • Training and educating all project team members whose actions ultimately affect the end result.

We use several quality control tools to scope and track our quality performance, including:

  • Pre-Task Assessment (PTA) Plans, which define the work to be performed and outline all quality and safety issues for each task;
  • Quality Control Field Report (QCFR), compiled weekly by an inspector outside the project site staff; and
  • Quality Control Audit Report (QCAR), which monitors how well each project team follows the management and quality control practices.

Time and again, our approach to quality results in satisfied clients and exemplary projects. And to us, doing the work safely is just as important. Learn more about our safety program and view recent statistics.
